Guiamets Co-operative Winery has been receiving many accolades and favourable press recently. On 1st October, their wine, “Isis” 2005 won a Bronze medal in the Vinhoreca competition in Madrid.

This contest involves restaurant professionals who choose the best wines based on price and quality. The Guiamets wines have also won two medals in the Mezquita Awards which are held annually in Cordoba. The winning wines were ‘Gran Mets’ an aged red of 2004 vintage (silver) and ‘Lomets’ White 2008 (bronze).
