The DO Montsant had the honour of starting off the series of wine tastings which had taken place past Thursday evening (28th June), before the Reus Wine Fair.

We started off with our wines being introduced by the winemaker, Sara Pérez, and the humorist, Fermí Fernández, a great expert in wines. The tasting was hosted by both personalities and had taken place in the Xavier Amorós library in Reus. This event, which has been organised by the Montsant Wine Regulatory Council and the Reus Chamber of Commerce, has been a great success with tickets selling out almost immediately.

‘Reus viu el vi’ has awakened the interest of the DO Montsant and its wineries: a total of 18 wineries will be taking part.
