After years when it seemed that the only « decent » wines were red ones, rosé and white wines are making a come back.. They are being made and consumed at a great pace. Within the DO Montsant, for example, at this moment in time, there are seventeen rosé wines on the market whilst just three years ago, there were no more than five.
Why do you think the rosés and whites are making a come back? Do you prefer them to the reds? Do you think this phenomenon is on the up or is it isolated consumerism? Let us know what you think.
